Taking a Questful approach to your goals
I like to challenge myself. I like to learn new things. And new skills.
I hate stagnation.
I’m a better human when I’m growing, and can feel the stretch.
I’m for sure looking for a certain kind of hard. The kind that’s rewarding.
But, with the way I’m wired, I’ve learned to be super intentional about how I do this!
I want to love the doing. (Not just be glad that I did it. 😊)

What does this look like?
Everyone who works with me goes through a fun Quest design process, before they embark on their Quest.
They’re not just grabbing a goal, then planning and pushing their way through.
Through a combination of their personalised Quest Kit and one-to-one support with me, we take a Questful approach to every element: from their Title to their Endpoint (Completion and Celebration).
It’s super intentional. And super fun.

The words you choose should match your Quest design. And influence how you approach your journey.
These have been different for each of my Quests, depending on the experience I wanted to create for myself. E.g. For my current one I picked: eye-opening, light, unhurried. But for my next, I might pick: invigorating, surprising and collaborative.
If you want some inspiration, here’s an initial A-Z, pulled from my brain. (I’m never going to judge any AI usage, but it can also be fun to ask your brain first, and make it a game. What a fun piece of kit! Miraculous.)
